	Workshops led by Fran Doidge A series of 4 evenings for women allowing you to reconnect with and honour your true essence. 7:30pm We explore the conditioning which controls many women's’ lives and the various ways in which we can regain peace of mind, and a sense of power in our relationships ~ especially our relationship with ourselves.

	Resurrect Lazy Sunday Morning 10:30am - 1pm
	Two and a half hours of mini treatments selected from remedial massage, aromatherapy, aromatherapy facial, reflexology, Indian Head massage and chair massage with light refreshments (£20).

	Restorative Sanctuary Days on Sunday: All Day

	Sanctuary days provide time to relax and reflect (in the garden weather permitting). Mini treatments will be available selected from remedial massage, aromatherapy, aromatherapy facial, reflexology, Indian Head massage and chair massage. You will be taught meditative stretching exercises and there will be a short meditation session. You will have time to read from our extensive library of self help books and magazines. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to blend a selection of essential oils. The fee of £40 includes light refreshments and lunch.
